So, on 4th Febuary 2020, there will be an art exhibition entitled "soul". This name is used because I want the visitors who come to be able to be more understand about themselves and then that person can understand and empathize with othersThe money that obtained from this art exhibition will be given to friends who are treating their cancer, because this event coincides with International Cancer Day.

What I supposed to do for make this event :

1. Determine the purpose of the exhibition

2. Make a target or for whom this exhibition is made

3. Determine the theme

4. Arrange the committee which is then divided into several teams that get different tasks
5. Determine the price of the ticket, venue, date of operation
6. Make an activity agenda
7. Make a proposal to look for funding sponsors
8. Collaborating with several artists whose paintings match the theme
9. Make an attractive and modern exhibition venue design
10. Prepare equipment for the exhibition (example: tables, panel boards, panils, guest books, etc.)
11. Prepare the lighting and sound system
12. Determine how to promote this event
